By accessing or using FairInterview ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FairInterview provides curated interview question lists for technology companies. Our products include individual company question packs, bundles, and all-access passes. Questions are sourced from publicly available candidate reports across platforms such as Glassdoor, LeetCode Discuss, Blind, and Reddit.

3. Products and Purchases

All products sold on FairInterview are premade digital products (curated question lists). We do not offer consultations, customizable services, or personalized coaching. Once purchased, you receive lifetime access to the question pack for the selected company or companies.

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google authentication via Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or purchased content with others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FairInterview, including question compilations, tips, and editorial content, is the intellectual property of FairInterview. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.

Interview questions themselves are sourced from publicly available candidate experiences and do not constitute proprietary information of any company mentioned.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share purchased content publicly or with unauthorized users
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date interview questions, we do not guarantee that any specific question will appear in your actual interview. Interview processes change frequently, and companies may modify their interview formats at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

FairInterview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
