Our Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our question lists. If your actual interview question is not covered in the question pack you purchased, we will issue a full refund and add the missing question for future candidates.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@fairinterview.fyi within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Include your order ID, the company question pack you purchased, and a description of the interview question that was not covered.
  3. We will review your request within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Your interview question was not in our list (our core guarantee)
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with interview outcome (we provide preparation material, not interview guarantees)
  • Questions that are covered in our list but in a different format or wording

Bundle and All-Access Refunds

For bundle or all-access purchases, our money-back guarantee applies per company. If a specific company's questions did not cover your interview, we will refund the proportional amount for that company pack.
